Now, homes for sale in Dongan Hills span an impressive range of 20th-century architectural styles, including Classical-revival, and Tudor.

The walkable tree-lined streets, characteristic of New York’s older neighborhoods, grant access to many impressive frontages, often built in split-level configurations with staircases leading to raised porches.
