Casandra Properties is extremely excited to announce that our CEO, James Prendamano, has received two mayoral appointments with the New York City Economic Development Corporation.

I am honored to be serving on these boards that will allow me to raise awareness and connect the dots these amazing programs offer to Staten Island and New York City.”, said James Prendamano.
James will be serving as a director of the New York City Industrial Development Agency (NYCIDA), which provides financing assistant to businesses. He was also appointed as a member of the Build NYC Resource Corporation (Build NYC) which assists 501(c)(3) organizations and other exempt facilities operators in accessing capital through tax-exempt and taxable bond financing.
