Last month, Crain’s New York Business wrote an article about Empire Outlets titled, “City’s first outlet mall holds promise”.  The article speaks to the fact that Empire Outlets could make St. George a destination by luring shoppers away from their computers.

James Prendamano, Managing Director for Casandra Properties, has served as consultant and exclusive leasing agent for Empire Outlets since it broke ground.

In the article, Prendamano shares his view about why New York City’s first and only retail outlet center will be successful stating,  “… folks, particularly millennials, want to go out and have Instagramworthy experiences.”
