Ms. Iervasi and Mr. Minelli received their awards during the Staten Island Board of Realtors annual breakfast held at the Hilton Garden Inn. The event draws Staten Island Real Estate brokers, associate brokers and sales people from across the borough.  It is an opportunity for industry members to celebrate those associate brokers and real estate sales agents who complete an exceptional number of real estate sales transactions in the calendar year.
