Old Town Homes For Sale
Old Town Staten Island was one of the original European migrant settlement points back in the 17th century. Originally widely known as Oude Dorpe, which means Old Village in Dutch, the name has not evolved much, as the neighborhood is known today as Old Town, not to be confused with Richmond Town or Old Richmond Town. Although its own neighborhood, Old Town is often referred to as either part of Grasmere or Dongan Hills. Old Town homes for sale have varied in price from below $200,000 to above $500,000. Today the area is home to the Staten Island Advance, Staten Island’s prominent newspaper publication.
