Over the past 15 years, John has brought countless deals to fruition including the land Assemblage for thousands of new construction residential units, numerous mixed use buildings and has successfully completed lease and sale negotiations with a wide variety of tenants on Staten Island. His expertise lies in project planning / design and large scale land acquisitions, via both private sale and RFP. Most recently, he and his team have been engaged to serve as a developer’s representative and consultant in the acquisition and planned development of the former Homeport site on the Stapleton Waterfront. The initial phase of Navy Pier will contain approximately 870 residential rental units and 30,000 Square Feet of Retail Space. John also serves as leasing and marketing representative and development consultant for Empire Outlets, at the Staten Island Ferry Terminal. The complex will include approximately 350,000 Square Feet of Outlet Shops, a 30,000 Sq. Ft. Food and Beverage Deck and 200 key hotel. Other notable current projects include the “The View,” “Downtown Plaza” and the retail space at “The Pointe” With a wide array of institutional and conventional investor-clients, John is a valuable asset to many developers both on and off island. Leaders in the local market, he and his team are currently representing over $1 Billion in real estate. John is a member of ICSC and various Realtor Associations. He proudly serves on the Board of the West Brighton Local Development Corporation, the Carl V Bini Memorial Foundation and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Staten Island Zoo. John has also been selected to serve on the Steering Committee of the West Brighton Brownfield Opportunity Area and has been a recipient of the SI Economic Development Corporation’s 20 under 40 Leadership Award.
