Angie Master is an experienced real estate professional with a focus on commercial property sales and leasing. With over a decade of expertise across retail, restaurant, office, medical, and industrial sectors, she represents a diverse range of clients—from local small businesses to national corporations. Notably, she was retained by Walgreens Co. to handle subleasing negotiations for their dark stores across all five boroughs of New York City.
Angie has a particular passion for working with nonprofit organizations, helping them navigate their real estate needs with strategic insight and care. Her nonprofit clients include Eden II, Meals on Wheels, and the Pride Center of Staten Island.
Before transitioning into real estate, Angie built a successful career as a marketing executive in the beauty, healthcare, and consumer products industries. Her marketing acumen and broad business experience give her a unique edge in promoting properties and crafting innovative solutions to meet her clients’ most complex challenges.
Angie holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she specialized in Marketing and International Business. She currently serves as a New York City Landmarks Preservation Commissioner and has served on the Boards of the JCC of Staten Island and Staten Island Academy.
