Prior to beginning her Real Estate career in 2014, Rebecca worked in Human Resources. During this time Rebecca honed her skills in management, planning, coordination and most important communication. Through her legendary personality and ability to connect she served as a bridge between an organization's management and its employees. Recognizing this unique skill sets potential, Rebecca set her focus on the challenging world of Commercial Real Estate.
Quickly rising through the ranks, Rebecca landed herself a position working on one of New York City’s most ambitious new construction projects serving as a Project Consultant and Leasing Coordinator. Rebecca played a key role in the project’s success. Under her steady hand the team guided the development through New York City’s complex ULURP process culminating in the successful development of over 1 million square feet of retail on the iconic New York City’s harbor.
Her journey, however, was just beginning. Over the next several years Rebecca helped identify, source, and negotiate commercial leases with legendary brands such as Nike, Nordstrom Rack, Brooks Brothers and Banana Republic to name a few. This is where Rebecca’s path crossed her now business partner James Prendamano. Over the next several years, Rebecca worked transforming Casandra Properties from a boutique brokerage to one of the leaders in New York City’s highly competitive Real Estate marketplace. From Rebecca’s exemplary work at Casandra Properties, Prendamano Real Estate was born where Rebecca currently serves as the companies Chief Operating Officer. Developing into one the absolute preeminent Integrators in the business responsible for the inception and implementation of a host of systems and initiatives, helping the company to position itself as Staten Island’s Real Estate leader.
In addition to being a licensed NY Real Estate Salesperson and COO of Prendamano Real Estate, Rebecca also serves as the company’s business coach. As a business coach Rebecca has a unique gift of being able to tap into the gifts of each person she encounters. It truly helps the team and culture operate at its highest level.
